A war in mind!

🌸 Dear Soul in the Hustle, As a mental health professional, I witness a quiet war fought in so many minds... A battle to reclaim light lost to doubt, fear, and pain. We all lose parts of ourselves along the way, But losing isn’t the end, it’s the spark of transformation. "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning." Winston Churchill Love shifts shapes sometimes it fades, Only to return stronger, wiser, and more real. From the ashes of what we thought we were, We rise as storytellers of our own truth, Writers of courage, dreamers of change. This is more than survival, It’s a revolution of the soul. To those still learning how to rebuild After losing pieces of themselves, You are not broken. You carry light in your heart, truth in your voice, and peace in your soul. A quiet power destined to heal and inspire. From the canvas within, Sadiya Nishath 💙 The Canvas of Your Mind Rewiring Minds. Rebuilding Hearts. ...

Psychological techniques for good parenting style!

A shout out to all the parents for changing, implementing positive parenting methods.  "You guys are the future that once every child has cried for. Perfection is not required, trying to understand, improving, having consistency, appreciating everyday efforts, noticing the changes these are the required aspects which can lead to better end results." Earlier children used to be beaten up so easily, very frequently also, have been disrespected in front of others and many such things were done because people didn't give importance that even respect matters to children good behavior and treatment is important too. I know few people who got good parenting also few people who might have had a toxic relationship with parents or no relationship bond at all and the children who faced it and now being parents have really done a good job by changing or applying certain patterns with making sure that the children should be treated friendly by making sure they also be type of children...

Being happy in others happiness!

Being happy in others happiness takes lots of efforts?  I just wanted to refresh everyone's memory or just wanted everyone to realize whatever they are saying or doing is right or wrong in terms of other festivals? I have been brought up in India and you know India is well known for its diversity like different cultures, traditions & religions where everyone gets to enjoy every festival without judgement.  Having a childhood where we use to exchange/share tiffin boxes to being a part of other celebrations has given me the best exposer. Many might have got it too, but I have come across people not who are not embracing its beauty or realizing its value. Instead, people are not even participating also asking to stop doing so. It's not like the emphasize have just begun on diversity, networking etc. Earlier it was way more amazingly done and even after emphasizing in modern era people are going in the reverse direction or probably the wrong: p Now, when people have grown up o...
